Dictionary of Drama Theory 2

I am going to redo the dictionary of drama theory in the light of version 2. At the moment I am working in the version 1 dictionary writing the version 2 definitions at the end of the version 1 definitions if they are different, and hopefully will try to explain those differences.

When this job is complete, I will copy the definitions from the drama theory 1 dictionary to here.
